today the heats was like..
i am damn disappointed in myself lah,
but also quite happy!
DISAPPOINTED; cos i didn't really force myself to chiong!
think is because Jj lin is not at the finishing line!! haha(:
HAPPY; is because my timing for training is 41 sec!
suck like hell!
but today claudia help me take my timing is 36 sec!
and i improved(:
so i am HAPPY!
